How much is shipping?

We offer international shipping. We provide FREE shipping in most parts of the world, and a certain shipping fee will be charged in a few remote areas. If the shipping fee needs to be charged, our staff will contact you after you place the order.

Will you be charged tax?

How to track your order？

The tracking number and the delivery company website link will be sent via e-mail immediately after we ship your order. You can also track your orders from 'Track Your Order' directly on our website with the tracking number.

During shipping, it may take several days for tracking information to update. The order status will be updated as soon as the package arrives in your country.

If you have not received your order, please be sure to contact us via email at support@beiens.com within 3 months of receiving the shipping confirmation. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
