If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return most new, unopened/unworn items sold and fulfilled by Beiens within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return your order?
1. Drop us an email at support@beiens.com with your return request.
2. Once the return request is approved, you will be given the return address. It may take up to 2 business days.
3. Send the item back. And send the shipping receipt and information to us.
4. A refund will be released within 5 business days after we receive the package.
Please note that:
1. We do not accept returns without an authorization. You need to send a return request to us.
2. For any returns that are not caused by product problems, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For PayPal account holders, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the transaction to appear in your PayPal account; for other payment methods, the process may take up to 7-14 business days. The exact length of time is dependent on your card issuing bank.
